Frequently Asked Questions
1. What’s included in a full detail?
A full detail includes a deep interior cleaning (vacuuming, shampooing, interior panels, and windows) and a complete exterior service (wash, clay bar, wax or ceramic coating, wheels, and tires). It’s designed to make your vehicle look, feel, and smell brand new again.
2. How long does a detail take?
It depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. On average, a full in-and-out detail takes 3–6 hours. I take my time to make sure everything’s done right — no rush jobs here.
3. Do you come to me or do I bring my car to you?
I’m a mobile detailing service, so I come to you home or work as long as there’s access to water and power. I make it convenient so you don’t have to go anywhere.
4. What kind of vehicles do you service?
I detail just about everything — cars, trucks, SUVs, boats, and RVs. I don’t currently service semi-trucks or vehicles with extremely damaged paint or interiors, since those require body shop-level restoration.
5. What’s the difference between waxing and ceramic coating?
Wax gives your paint a nice shine and short-term protection (a few months). Ceramic coating gives it a deeper gloss and long-lasting protection that can last up to a few years, depending on care.
6. How often should I get my car detailed?
I recommend a full detail every 3–6 months to maintain the paint and interior. If you drive often or park outside, regular maintenance washes in between can help a lot.
7. Do you offer discounts or specials?
Yes — I run seasonal specials like my October Detail Deal (originally $299, discounted to $199). I also give returning customers and referrals special pricing.
